Ape2Earn Rewards Mechanics
Ape2Earn calculates campaign points from content format, Ape Score, bonus multiplier, and reviewer quality rating. Base points are configurable and can change by campaign depending on goals, partner needs, content priorities, and sprint rules. Raid points can also contribute after verification.
What is the Ape2Earn points formula?
base_points x user_multiplier x bonus_multiplier x quality_multiplier
Default base points by content type
These are default reference values, not permanent fixed values. Ape2Earn admins can adjust base points per campaign to fit the campaign strategy, reward deeper formats, prioritize specific content types, support partner needs, or rebalance incentives during a sprint.
| Content type | Default base points | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| Short post | 10 | Concise X update or campaign reaction |
| Long post or thread | 20 | Educational breakdown or campaign thread |
| Article | 15 | Longer written explanation with citations |
| Visual content | 15 | Meme, infographic, or visual explainer |
| Short video | 15 | Short-form social explanation |
| Long video | 20 | Structured YouTube or long-form review |
Why can base points change?
Campaigns do not always need the same type of content. One sprint may need short social posts for awareness, another may prioritize long-form guides, videos, or partner education. Because of that, Ape2Earn keeps base points flexible instead of treating the table as a permanent rule.
Quality multipliers
| Rating | Multiplier | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Excellent | 1.25x | Original, accurate, useful, high effort |
| Good | 1.10x | Useful and relevant |
| Normal | 1.00x | Acceptable campaign contribution |
| Low | 0.60x | Weak or shallow but not fully invalid |
| Poor | 0.40x | Low-quality, misleading, or near-spam |
What anti-fraud rules matter?
Ape2Earn uses duplicate URL detection, self-approval prevention, Privy identity checks, social handle matching, IP clustering signals, warnings, bans, and manual review to protect campaign integrity.
